“We had Shopmonkey build our site about 5 years ago exactly the way we wanted it and everything worked out to perfection. Right from this first (big) order, we knew Shopmonkey was just our partner when it came to adjustments (big or small) to our site. If we want something improved, whether it's a small adjustment or a big sweeping job, we send Shopmonkey an email. No doubt about it, for us there is really no other party. Even before the actual order is approved, they are working for you with full dedication to sort everything out, go through it, discuss it, etc. What is nice is that they help you articulate an assignment as precisely as possible so that there can be no misunderstanding about what exactly needs to be done. Because the preparation is so precise and consensual, the assignment can be done exactly as you want. I also really like the fact that the response is always really quick, before, during and after an assignment. I also like the fact that a time indication is always given when an assignment will be completed. This is always met and often it is delivered even faster than agreed. Then the technical part, nothing but praise for the tech team at Shopmonkey. In those 5 years, we have delivered quite a few (diverse) orders, and everything was always worked out in detail as we wished. In fact, we have never been told that something was not possible. Very occasionally, a modification was not possible, not because of a lack of expertise on their part, but simply because it concerned changes that simply CANNOT be adapted by "third parties". For example, because it is in a section that only the host of your website can "access". So we don't count that ;) And last but not least: Shopmonkey delivers top work for a more than reasonable price! You know exactly where you stand beforehand (we never got any surprises either) and as far as we know, there are no (equal) partners who charge a better or fairer rate than Shopmonkey. Now I have to be honest and say that I can't compare lol because we just knock on their door when something needs to be done ;) We have already referred many "competitors" to Shopmonkey because we are really absolutely convinced that with them you are in the right place. This almost seems like a review from an employee or family member or shareholder, but no.... ;-) we are 1 of their many satisfied customers who feel it is only fair to let them know that we are 200% satisfied with them and feel they have simply earned this review over the years. Thijs, Stef and Noah (those are the 3 guys we have been in contact with over the years) and the technical guys have done nothing but top-notch work for us over the years. It's just SO nice to know that you have a knowledgeable, reliable and affordable partner you can turn to for basically anything on your site. Should you be reading this review because you are looking for a company to do "something" for you regarding your site or webshop? I really hope you give Shopmonkey a chance and just contact them. I think you'll soon understand why I wrote this review the way I did ;) And ehhh.... if afterwards you're as satisfied with them as we are, think back to this review.
