Which platforms do you work with?
Our focus is mainly on Lightspeed eCommerce, Shopify and custom systems. If you use another platform, you can also contact us.
I want a customised web shop, where do I start?
Send an appointment request via the contact form and we will get in touch with you within 24 hours (on working days). We will schedule an appointment and go through your requirements and wishes in detail.
Is my current shop suitable for customisation?
In 99% of cases, the answer is yes. Chances are we can also customise your shop!
When can I expect a response?
As quickly as possible, of course! We try to do so. In any case, you will receive a reply from us within 24 hours on working days.
In case of emergency, what should I do?
If we are closed and your checkout is not working (or not working properly), or your products can no longer be placed in the shopping cart, please leave a message on our voicemail. We always listen to it. We will contact you as soon as possible.
